This chicken recipe is heavenly and takes no effort to make. And only takes about 30 minutes. I serve it on top of rice.
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups of any clear juice ie grape or apple
- 1Tbls. cooking oil
Brown the chicken in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil When the chicken is cooked put in all of the juice at once. Bring to a boil. Watch over the chicken carefully at this stage. Let all of the juice boil off. When the juice becomes thicker like syrup stir the chicken around in it. You can serve this to the pickiest kid. I have-and they will ask for more. Serves 4
